Briola Brunch Project

Briola reimagines the Parisian brunch experience as a beautiful tropical escape. Tucked behind a discreet façade in Le Marais (Paris), the restaurant reveals an unexpected world of arches, zellige tiles, and lush greenery. Light plays with the space, raw materials blend with soft pastel touches, and every detail from the sculptural counter to the cosy banquette evokes a journey.

Here, food and architecture come together to create an immersive experience: a brunch designed to transport the senses through a vibrant, contemporary and beautifully crafted setting.
