This page explains, simply, what happens to the information you share with us on this website.

Data collected

This website only collects data when you fill in the contact questionnaire:

  • your identity: first and last name ;
  • your contact details: email address and city ;
  • information about your project: property type, floor area, intended use, nature of the work, timing, desired joinery and planned budget ;
  • the documents you choose to attach: plans and photographs ;
  • how you heard about the studio.

No data is collected without your knowledge: no advertising cookies, no trackers. Site traffic is measured with Umami, a cookieless tool that collects no identifying data.

This website collects and processes personal information with respect for privacy, in accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and civil liberties.

Why we collect it

Solely to review your enquiry and reply. Processing is based on your consent (the form's checkbox) and on the exchanges leading up to a possible contract.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that goes no further is deleted after 12 months. If a project begins, data is kept for the duration of the assignment, then for the statutory retention period for accounting records.

Who receives it

The Soul Concept studio, and no one else. Your answers pass through Netlify (form delivery) and Notion (enquiry tracking), and the website is hosted by Netlify. Nothing is sold or passed on.

Netlify and Notion are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and on their GDPR compliance commitments.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict its use, object to it or take it with you, and withdraw your consent at any time. Simply write to anna@soul-concept.com.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS and access to received enquiries is password-protected.
